Chassity was born and raised in Central Florida and has always had a passion for sports. She began playing volleyball in middle school and went on to compete at the collegiate level for two years at Morton College in Cicero, Illinois. She has also participated in a variety of other sports, including weightlifting, track and field, beach volleyball, and lacrosse. Through her experiences as an athlete, Chassity has seen firsthand how injuries can impact an active lifestyle, which ultimately led her to Connected Movement.
Chassity graduated from Morton College with an Associate of Science in Health Sciences before transferring to the University of Central Florida to continue her education. Her goal is to become a Physical Therapist and be part of a team dedicated to helping people overcome pain and return to the activities they love.
